Alabaster Veteran's Park will be the site for Movies in the Park on Friday nights with five dates selected. The first will be June 10 with "Dispicable Me." Also planned at the free events are video game theaters, outdoor laser tag, and giant hamster balls from Games2U company from 6-8 prior to the movies. Bring your blanket or chair, snacks and drinks. The movies are:

July 2 "Yogi Bear"

July 8 "Cats and Dogs"

July 22 "The Blind Side"
