The Third Annual Cowboy Day returns to Columbiana to help promote the Shelby County Rodeo (February 25-26). Festivities include a parade that starts at noon at the Baptist Association Building.  Live music, blacksmith and farrier demonstrations, natural hoof care demonstrations, roping dummies for kids, adult calve roping, herding dog demonstrations are all on tap. Vendors will be set up at the former Summer Classic property. A Chili Cook-off is also planned.
